The Story

After a trip to New York and a chance encounter with a Pickleback (a shot of whiskey followed by a shot of pickle juice), Florence Cherruault was determined to bring the concept back to the UK. After creating a blend of Pickle Juice formulated specifically for cocktails and smoothies, Florence launched the Pickle House in 2014.

Why we got involved

After meeting Florence and loving the Pickle House product, Broody joined forces with Pickle House to complement her passion and enthusiasm for all things ‘pickle’ and accelerate the growth of the business with our resources and expertise.

How we’re helping

With two Great Taste Awards under Pickle House’s belt, the Broody team is working across design, advertising, NPD and strategy to continue to drive growth.

Whether undertaking the photography and creation of assets for launch campaigns or working on the social ads for new products, we’re using our skills to strengthen Pickle House’s advertising and branding. In addition, our assistance with commercial planning and strategic decision-making enables Florence to concentrate on the product and her larger vision for Pickle House.

Recently, we worked alongside Florence on strategy, production, manufacturing and market research to test market their new ‘Shrub Soda’ on Crowdfunder.
